With over 40 years of Grip-Tite experience, Mike has served in all capacities at Grip-Tite and offers a unique perspective to the staff as they look to improve Grip-Tite products and services daily.
As President, Steve sees over the big picture and guides the staff using his vast experience as a business consultant and his experience in the Kaizen methodology of continuous improvement in manufacturing and systems.
Director of Dealer Development
Nick is responsible for expanding the network of Grip-Tite dealers. He will also be traveling throughout our dealer network to work with our team in developing strategies and working with dealers to share his many years of experience in the foundation structural repair industry.
Director of Business Development
Curt is charged with making our dealer recruiting and support vision a reality. Curt has extension leadership experience and high energy. Insight and personality make him a perfect fit for this role on our team.
Accounting & Office Manager
Rene is in charge of of all accounting and office functions, including Accounts Receivables. She is also our Human Resource Manager and makes sure all of our great employees have what they need to function optimally.
Dealer Support Specialist
Beth is here to support our dealers. Beginning with assisting a new dealer coming on board, to placing orders, invoicing, shipping and delivery. She is generally the first voice you hear when calling Grip-Tite.
Tom relies upon over 37 years of Grip-Tite experience to oversee all aspects and functions of the manufacturing facility. His responsibilities include coordinating production, shipping and monitoring inventory levels with Andy as well as ensuring plant safety and quality control.
Lead Design Technician
Nick is responsible for product design, technical documentation, and developing robust manufacturing processes. He uses his hands-on approach along with the latest SolidWorks CAD technology to ensure that all of our products are designed and manufactured to meet our customer’s needs.
